These simple terms apply to Cavora ReviewDesk, a service of Cavora Technologies, Near Patna City Club, Akhilesh Nagar, Kamaldah Path, Road no. 2, Patna, Bihar 800008, India (“we”, “us”). By starting a trial or using the service you agree to them.

1. What the service is

We write replies to guest reviews of your property on Google, Booking.com and Tripadvisor (Expedia optional), in the guest’s language. Our system drafts each reply, a person on our team checks it, and you approve every reply before it is published.

2. Free trial

The free trial covers the first 20 days. No card is required. Before the trial ends we will ask whether you want to continue. If you do not, nothing is charged.

3. Price

After the trial the price is US$59 per property per month, covering all supported review sites. Prices are in US dollars, plus VAT where applicable. The founding-partner price applies to our first hotels.

4. Month-to-month, cancel anytime

There is no contract and no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by writing to us by email or WhatsApp, and you can remove our access to your accounts whenever you like.

5. Access to your accounts

We never ask for your passwords. For Google we only need to be added as a “Manager” of your Google Business Profile. For other sites we will agree the safest option with you. You can remove our access at any time.

6. Your approval and your name

We reply only in your name and only after you approve. We do not promise refunds, compensation or anything else on your behalf. You are responsible for the replies you approve and for making sure they are accurate for your property.

7. No guarantees about results

Replying to reviews can help how guests see your property, but we do not guarantee more bookings, higher revenue or better ratings. Review platforms set their own rules, and we cannot control how they display or moderate reviews and replies.

9. Changes and contact
